To me, an organizational structure is like the blueprint on the basis of which an organization functions and operates to achieve its vision. It would include the way hierarchy would be, the way in which various operations will be coordinated and executed, who all will be involved and how, and how the dream will materialize into a reality. In the simplest manner, it is how the different people involved will be responsible for this materialization of the vision into reality and what their specific roles will be.
